EdilRobotics ("we", "us", "our") operates the website edilrobotics.com (the "Site"), an international marketplace connecting construction companies, rental providers, manufacturers and robotics startups. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and what rights you have, in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Contact form: name, email address and message content, to respond to your enquiry.
Submit Robot form: robot name, company name, company website (optional), country, category, a short description, buy/rent pricing (optional), and the submitter's email address. This is stored as a pending listing, visible only to our team, until we review and approve it. We use the email address solely to communicate with you about your submission.
Technical data: automatically recorded on every visit (IP address, browser type, date/time of access), for security and technical operation of the Site.
Cookies: only technically necessary cookies set by WordPress (e.g. login cookies for administrators, security cookies). We do not currently use Google Fonts, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or other third-party tracking/advertising tools. If this changes in the future, this policy will be updated and a cookie consent banner will be added.
Processing is carried out under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract or steps taken at your request prior to entering one — e.g. reviewing a robot submission) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure and reliable operation of the Site).
We do not share your data with third parties, except where legally required, or with service providers who support the operation of the Site (e.g. our hosting provider and email service), under data processing agreements as required by Art. 28 GDPR.
Our hosting provider is STRATO AG, based in Germany. Server infrastructure is located within the European Union.
Personal data is deleted as soon as the purpose of storage no longer applies and no legal retention obligations apply. Unapproved "Submit Robot" submissions are deleted after a reasonable period if no further communication takes place.
You have the right to access, rectify, erase and restrict the processing of your data at any time. You may also object to processing and request data portability. You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
